Refund Policy

Version 0.1Last updated: 2026-09-14Draft — pending confirmation

1. General principle

Whether a refund is possible generally depends on the delivery/activation status of the key: an order that hasn't been delivered yet is typically easier to handle than one where the key has already been delivered or activated, which needs case-by-case review. The specific conditions below are still pending internal confirmation and are not yet in effect.

2. How to request one

Sign in and open a support request from the relevant order's detail page, describing the reason. Support will review the order's payment and delivery records to help resolve it.

3. Specific terms still pending confirmation

The following items are part of the pending "Refund" decision log entry and are not finalized. This page does not guess or promise specific numbers or deadlines:

  • Whether a refund is still possible after the key has been delivered or activated, and under what conditions.
  • Who bears blockchain network fees involved in a refund, and how they're calculated.
  • The service-level agreement (SLA) and expected turnaround time for processing a refund.
  • The manual fallback process when the payment gateway doesn't support automatic refunds.
