XTool Unlock is built for professional repair technicians and shops (B2B). After registering and confirming your email, you can sign in and choose the rental package you need.

Use "Forgot password" on the sign-in page to request a reset link. The link expires after a limited time for account security.

Every package page lists compatible brands, models, and usage conditions. Please confirm compatibility with the device you're repairing before ordering.

Depending on the package, it may start at purchase, at key delivery, or at first activation — the package page states which. If the supplier hasn't confirmed this, we don't promise a timeline in advance.

Checkout shows the currently available payment method(s), the amount due, and the payment window. Complete payment within that window — an expired quote may need to be reconfirmed.

Your order detail page shows live payment status (pending / confirming / paid / expired or exception), and your account is notified when the status changes.

Once payment is confirmed, you can securely view the key on the order detail page in your account. Keys are never sent by email, SMS, or shown on any public page.

Open a support request tied to that order from your account. Please avoid pasting the full key into the request itself.
