Privacy Policy
1. What we collect
- Account and business profile: email, contact details, shop name, address.
- Verification (KYC) data: documents required by the verification flow.
- Order and payment records: purchased packages, amounts, payment status, and transaction references.
- Support request content: descriptions and attachments you submit about an order.
2. How we use it
To verify accounts, fulfill orders and deliver keys, provide customer support, and maintain platform security (for example, detecting abuse or fraud).
3. How sensitive data is protected
Sensitive credentials such as keys are only ever shown when you actively open them in your signed-in account. They never appear in email, SMS, analytics, or any publicly cached page.
4. Third-party services
Checkout uses OxaPay to process cryptocurrency payments. OxaPay receives the payment and transaction information required to complete and verify your purchase.
5. Data retention
How long verification data is retained, and access rights after an account is suspended, are part of the pending "KYC" decision item and are not finalized yet. This section will be updated once decided.
6. Your rights
To access, correct, or request deletion of your data, sign in and open a support request tied to the relevant order, or reach us using the Contact page.
7. Governing law and effective status
This page is currently a draft. The operating entity and governing law have not been finalized (see decision log item "Production") and will be added, with the version bumped, before production launch.
